The first people on the mountain are the members of the park team themselves.
Before an obstacle can be rocked, it is generally tested by the crew, if necessary modified and only then is it released.

"Woichai" Freeski professionally from Eben on one of the hardest Shredders, the world has ever seen. Woichai is our head snow-shaper and so he is responsible for the structures, the feasibility of the obstacles and also the whole beauty and optical characteristics of the snow-park!
Markus "Dude" Deutinger A really nice Dude and snowboarder from Maria Alm. Dude is the specialist for the daily shapes of the big jumps within the park. He is responsible for the park and a impassionate photographer who makes cool pics - thanks.
Christoph "CJ" Jäger
CJ is carpenter by trade from Reitdorf and so is accustomed to handling handcraft tools. His skills within this sector are useful for the shape of the park!
Shapers ride it harder!
Hans Weiß Responsible for Absolut Park and the STASH.
He is a top teamleader, a genious obstacle builder. Handles the Pipe Magician and builds great kickers!
Klaus"i" Leutgeb
Highly visible and standing 2.05m tall, he is probably the largest shaper in the world. Additionally, he is a trained paramedic and with many responsibilities at work. A charming guy with a whimsical smile.
Flo Mausser His name is an omen – small and powerful! In snowboarding sports, he’s a real ace and rider of the Absolut Park Shred Team. Flo is from Liezen and so he represents Styria within the shape team.
Lisa "Lilli" Harml
She grew up at the Absolut Park. In the meantime she is a tough personality and a passionate snowboarder. Lili looks after the ongoing servicing at the Park and stands up 100% for everyone.
Max Harml Our Young Gun in the shaper crew is still going to school and for this reason he is mostly in the park at weekends or during the contests.
Christof Schaidreiter The youngest trainee at our mountain, instead of going back to school he decided to take the job in our skiing area and the "pet of the family" is performing really well.
Dominik Walchhofer "Little Woichai" is following in his brother's footsteps and has supported the Absolute Park Crew since this winter season.
