FIS Slopestyle Worldcup FLACHAU
March 18 - 21, 2026
Thanks to the perfect infrastructure in Flachauwinkl, the AbsolutPark Spring Battle and the FIS World Cup come together to create a unique week of events. Riders can compete for both prize money and WSPL points – a historic highlight of the international freestyle scene.

Spring Battle Slopestyle
March 15 - 18, 2026
The Slopestyle takes place from March 15 to 18, 2026. During this time, athletes are filmed in FPV drone sessions and have the opportunity to perform their best run. Each rider has four days to capture the perfect run and showcase their skills on the Spring Battle Line.
The best run of each athlete is also posted on Instagram – the riders share their clips on their own accounts using the hashtags #springbattle26 and #springbattle26slopestyle, allowing the community to watch, celebrate, and share the runs.

For us, snowboarding is all about freestyle – the motto of our parent brand Shuttleberg, “Freestyle for Life”, says it all.
We’re not big fans of rules. They exist only to prevent total chaos (which can be fun, but not ideal for a contest). That’s why we keep them to a minimum, while still taking them seriously, so everything else can stay freestyle.

The Spring Battle is an open competition with a limited number of spots. If registrations exceed the available quota, rider selection is based on the WSPL ranking three weeks prior to the event.
Participation is possible in Slopestyle, Rail, or both disciplines.

Spring Battle RAIL JAM
March 15 - 17, 2026
This year, the Rail Jam brings a real highlight: the Spring Battle Rail Setup in the Jib Park in front of the Chill House gives the top snowboard riders the stage to showcase their creativity, style, and technical skills in jam sessions.
The event is an elite WSPL competition, giving riders the chance to earn valuable points. During the qualification days, all participants compete for a spot in the Final Day, where the top riders go head-to-head.
All runs are streamed live on YouTube, so the community can experience the action up close.
